The name Denogginizer: Where does it come from

The denogginizer originated on an episode of Seinfeld. There was a serial killer on the loose in New York City. Kramer had visited some of his cop friends to attain some crime scene tape. While at the precinct kramer learned there was a serial killer on the loose for two months. Jerry asked "Why haven't I heard about it on the news." Kramer responded there was internal fights over what they should call him. The options were: The Lapper, Son of Dad and The Denogginizer. I loved the name Denogginizer so I use it as my screen name on all my fighting and action games on the PLaystation3 console.
